Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Associate - Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service that meets and exceeds customer expectations. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or service industry environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or service industry environment

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
