The Role

As an AI Chat Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our AI-powered chat solutions. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through chat, leveraging your expertise in AI, machine learning, and conversational design. Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of AI-powered chat solutions, working closely with our cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through chat.

• Collaborate with our AI and machine learning teams to develop and refine our chat solutions, leveraging your expertise in conversational design and AI-powered chat platforms.
• Work closely with our customer success team to ensure that our chat solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure that our chat solutions meet their needs and expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in AI, machine learning, and conversational design, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our chat solutions.
• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for chat-related projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with our data analytics team to develop and implement metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our chat solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or conversational design, with a focus on chat solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences through chat, with a focus on conversational design and AI-powered chat platforms.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience developing and implementing metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of chat solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Experience working with cloud-based chat platforms, such as Amazon Lex or Google Cloud Dialogflow.
• Experience working with conversational design tools, such as Dialogflow or Rasa.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with data analytics and metrics development.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies.
