Job Summary
As a Text Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to online visitors. You'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts, answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. If you're a skilled communicator with a knack for digital conversation, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts in a timely and efficient manner - Answer customer questions and provide clear, concise, and accurate information - Provide sales links and offer discounts to customers as needed - Utilize chat platforms like Facebook Messenger to engage with online visitors - Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service - Stay up-to-date with product information and company policies to ensure accurate responses
Requirements
- Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection - Basic English writing skills (full training is provided) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
