All of our group lessons have a very small student-to-instructor ratio so we can focus on teaching to each students individual needs. We teach more than just water safety; we are a skill-based swim lesson program not an aged-based program. Swimm with Timm currently operates through Choice Fitness Peabody, Salisbury and Methuen locations.
About US: We are a full-fledged program, not just a regular swim program. Our employees have the opportunity to be trained anywhere from a swim instructor to a swim coach. Swimm with Timm offers benefits after 90 days to all staff working 20+ hours as well as great rates with most Swim Instructors earning $24-26 an hour! In addition, we also offer a 401K plan! We conduct all of our own training and offer internal growth opportunities, promoting all of our Program Managers from within! About YOU: You love being in the water and educating kids of all ages! Instructors should have a minimum of two years group childcare, teaching, or coaching experience and be willing to obtain CPR, first aid, and lifesaving certifications within the first six months of employment.
We are looking for Monday- Friday 2:00pm-7:00pm availability.
At least one weekend day 9:00am-2:00pm is required.
