What You'll Do

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting our legacy products, including Stryker Sage, to healthcare professionals and hospital staff. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive Focus and Targeted Organic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive organic growth and accretive operating margin performance across targeted legacy products.
  • Promote Stryker Sage Products: Educate and inform healthcare professionals about the proper use of products, including product functionality, changes to the product portfolio, and educational programs.
  • Develop Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and developing tailored promotional messages based on customer knowledge and needs.
  • Meet Targeted Objectives: Achieve targeted objectives within an assigned geography, working closely with the Sales team to drive business growth.
  • Assist in Hospital Surveys and Post-Sale Implementation: Conduct hospital surveys, assist in post-sale implementation, and ensure customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • Focus on Customer Satisfaction: Demonstrate teamwork and empowerment, solve problems through a consultative approach, operate with honesty and integrity, and provide a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
  • May Assist in Trade Shows and Clinical Meetings: Participate in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.

What You Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a related field, such as sales, marketing, or healthcare.
  • 0-2 Years of Professional Experience: A strong foundation in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent Time Management and Project Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license in the state of residence and a good driving record.

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Success Associate, you may be required to:

  • Move, Set Up, and Demonstrate Products: Move products weighing up to 50 pounds, reach, push, or pull to accomplish job accountabilities.
  • Prolonged Periods of Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Bending, Sitting, Standing, and/or Crawling: Perform physical tasks that require coordination of the eye, hand, and foot movement.
  • Handle Various Materials: Handle materials such as durcot fabric, nylon fabric, Velcro, zippers, product components comprised of rubber, metals, and coated products.
