A Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with our customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Generating sales orders and quotes, working closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and excellent customer service
- Product merchandising, ensuring that our customers have access to the products they need to complete their jobs efficiently
- Order picking and receiving, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in good condition
