Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Entry Level, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their vacation ownership experience is nothing short of amazing. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills, work independently, and manage your own workload.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide information on our products and services to customers
  • Process customer requests and transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Critical Tasks

* Review and audit executed real estate documentation for correctness and acceptability prior to closing

  • Verify the accuracy of all new owner information
  • Respond to internal and external requests for information regarding closing disbursement, issuance of checks, preparation of affidavits to Escrow Agent to release funds, and preparing and distributing reports to appropriate parties
  • Determine the validity of contract and closing documents in accordance with established guidelines
  • Maintain office areas, including calling housekeeping and maintenance when needed
  • Use computer systems and software packages to input, access, modify, store, or output information
  • Enter and retrieve data from computer systems using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball
  • Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software

Preferred Qualifications

* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

  • 1-year related experience
  • No supervisory experience required

Schedule

* Monday - Friday; 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm
