Experienced Patient Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers
  • Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
  • Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
  • Maintaining performance goals and becoming proficient with processes after completing a structured training program
  • Collaborating with a team of customer service professionals to achieve exceptional customer experiences

  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
  • Alpha-Numeric data entry skills
  • Excellent verbal and listening skills
  • The ability to perform successfully in a team environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you will need:

  • An internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
  • No satellite internet
  • The ability to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord (equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspots with an Ethernet port)

Shift and Schedule

The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm EST (10am-7pm CST, 9am-6pm MST, and 8am-5pm PST). 2nd shift differential pay will be provided for EST. During training, the hours will be 9am-6pm EST.

Application Window

The application window for this position will close on May 27, 2025.

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $15.25-$16.00 per hour or state/local minimum wage, if higher.
