Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients and customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls and making outbound follow-ups as needed, updating phone status accordingly
  • Navigating between multiple systems, including phone software, documentation tools, and online resources
  • Keeping clear and accurate records of calls and actions
  • Responding to inquiries via telephone and email regarding COBRA and billing eligibility for insurance plans, and general questions regarding policies and payments
  • Providing polite, professional, and courteous service to customers at all times

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and software applications
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM, with occasional flexibility to accommodate business needs

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

  • Experience working with COBRA and billing eligibility for insurance plans
  • Familiarity with medical and benefits plans
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
