Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex's Locker+ retail locations, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions to their problems
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Utilizing technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing of packages

Physical Demands

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be required to:

• Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

• Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to those found in a grocery store
• Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety, including comfortable, closed-toe shoes and protective safety footwear in select business units

Requirements

* Candidates must be 18 years or older, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is a plus
