Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, drive-thru and dining environment
• Taking orders, assembling orders, and delivering food to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining a clean and safe dining area, including tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
• Processing payments and handling customer transactions with accuracy and professionalism
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
• Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude and providing exceptional service even in high-pressure situations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, team members, and management

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely in a busy restaurant environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience a plus
