Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls for multiple clients in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients' customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service to all callers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer incoming calls in a timely manner, identifying callers' needs and providing accurate information
  • Adhere to company scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Provide customers with product and service information, accurately processing online reservations and documenting call information and interactions
  • Maintain knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring that all concerns are addressed and resolved
  • Maintain Quality Assurance standards, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training for all arenaflex client programs and accounts, staying up-to-date on new products and services
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the team and the company

Requirements

* G.E.D. or higher education level

  • One year of call center or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Understanding of basic computer hardware, software, and general systems, with experience using multiple programs, platforms, and systems
  • Ability to identify, understand, and protect confidential information, maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, including assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports and correspondence
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including a thorough understanding of the content and structure of the English language, including word meanings, spelling, and grammatical rules
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions

Availability and Scheduling

* 16-20 hours per week, with a Saturday or Sunday 6am CST start time

  • Available shifts:

+ 6am - 10am CST + 3pm- 8pm CST + 6am - 6pm CST

Equipment Requirements

* Keyboard with F1 - F12 keys, Page Up/Page Down

  • Two monitors
  • Webcam
  • Ability to connect to internet via an ethernet cord (WIFI not permitted)
  • Wired USB Headset
  • Windows 10 or Windows 11
  • 8 gigs of RAM or more (Installed Physical Memory)
  • Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 3 CPU or better

Training and Development

* Two-week mandatory remote training, beginning Monday, June 9th and following the schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm CST

  • Ongoing training and development, ensuring that you stay up-to-date on new products and services and continue to grow and develop as a professional
