Job Summary
As a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Consultant, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service to our clients' customers. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our clients' products and services
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve processes
Essential Qualifications
* Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
