At CloseKnit, we believe in creating a work environment that prioritizes effective teamwork, structured processes, and a balanced schedule that allows you to excel clinically without burnout.  Job Responsibilities: · Provide highly accurate and thorough primary care services to a predominantly adult patient population, focusing on delivering exceptional clinical outcomes. · Conduct routine physical exams, including Pap smears, with precision and attention to detail, ensuring all procedures are performed to the highest standards. · Diagnose and treat common medical conditions using evidence-based practices and your deep clinical expertise. · Counsel patients on strategies to promote general wellness, offering well-researched and data-driven advice. · Efficiently manage urgent complaints typical of a primary care clinic, using your advanced knowledge and critical thinking skills to provide swift and effective care. · Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, contributing your technical expertise to drive high-quality, measurable outcomes. · Review all labs and clinical documents promptly and accurately, ensuring no detail is overlooked in patient care. · Maintain a high standard of professionalism, setting an example of clinical excellence and expert communication in interactions with both patients and staff. Qualifications: · Valid and unrestricted Medical License in VA · Board Certification, if applicable · One year MINIMUM employment experience in a Primary Care setting · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Strong dedication to providing compassionate patient care · Ability to work effectively as part of a team Working Hours: We are open: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Weekends: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM We offer a flexible schedule with a mix of 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts. (Shift schedules and office hours may vary by location and practice needs.)
