Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries
  • Assisting customers with product information and general inquiries, helping them make informed decisions about our products and services
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately, ensuring seamless transactions and minimizing errors
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information, ensuring that our database is up-to-date and accurate
  • Analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services, helping us to better understand our customers' preferences and behaviors
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes
  • Performing data entry tasks to update customer information in our database, ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date

Experience and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with office procedures and basic office equipment
