Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Engagement & Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for engaging with leads, providing exceptional customer service, and driving conversions. If you're a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with a passion for customer service, sales, or lead generation, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming leads via WhatsApp, primarily from Instagram ad campaigns.
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for real-time translations, crafting responses, and drafting rebuttals when engaging with non-English-speaking leads.
- Guide leads through the communication funnel with the goal of converting them into a $50 consultation booking.
- Enter and maintain lead information accurately in our Airtable CRM.
- Provide occasional follow-up to existing clients as needed.
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills (B2 English level or above).
- Experience in customer service, sales, or lead handling preferred.
- Comfortable using AI tools to support communication and workflow.
- Familiarity with Airtable or similar platforms is a plus.
- Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
Schedule & Compensation
As a part-time Lead Engagement & Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy:
- Part-time schedule: 6 hours/day, Monday–Friday (Remote)
- Hourly rate: $4/hour during a 3-month probation period
- Performance bonus: $10 commission for each qualified lead that books a $50 consultation
- Post-probation: Hourly rate increases to $5/hour based on performance
