Job Summary

We're seeking a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for efficiently using our CRM system, SugarCRM, to place client orders with service providers. You'll also be communicating with clients, teammates, and management to ensure seamless execution of our services. Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently use SugarCRM: You'll be responsible for utilizing our CRM system to place client orders with service providers, ensuring accurate and timely execution of our services.
  • Successfully place preferred services: You'll communicate with service providers via phone or online portals to place client orders, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Transcribe account and confirmation numbers correctly: You'll accurately transcribe account and confirmation numbers, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully: You'll communicate with clients, teammates, and management to ensure seamless execution of our services, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • All other job duties as assigned: You'll be responsible for performing other duties as assigned by management, ensuring that our team is working efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong attention to detail: You'll need to be highly detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and precision in your work.
  • Basic computer skills: You'll need to have basic computer skills, with experience using SugarCRM a plus.
  • Proficient computer, Microsoft, Vonage, and CRM skills: You'll need to be proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office, Vonage, and CRM systems.
  • Ideally, previous experience in data entry: While not required, previous experience in data entry will be an asset in this role.

Details

* Part-time afternoon hours: You'll work part-time afternoon hours, Monday to Friday, from 1 PM to 5 PM.

  • $2,000/month base pay: You'll receive a competitive monthly salary of $2,000.
  • Part-time contractor position through September 30, 2025: You'll work as a part-time contractor for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend.
  • Must have own equipment: You'll need to have your own laptop, phone, and secure internet connection to perform your duties.
  • Will require a background check: You'll be required to undergo a background check as a condition of employment.
  • Preliminary phone interview, online video secondary interview: You'll undergo a preliminary phone interview and online video secondary interview as part of our hiring process.
