Project Coordinator / Project Assistant (Technology Services)

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-17

About the position About ProVal ProVal is a consulting firm focused on helping Managed Service Providers (MSPs) optimize their operations and technology systems. Our clients rely on us to improve their business processes, integrate key tools, and support them through complex transitions like mergers and acquisitions. We work with MSPs on complex, multi-work-stream projects that involve consulting, technical execution, and change management. We’re looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator / Project Assistant who can act as the operational hub across these engagements—keeping projects moving, people aligned, and customers informed. Role Overview This is a coordination first role, not a hands on engineering position. While you’ll work closely with technical consultants and engineers, your primary responsibility is to quarterback projects from an organizational and communication standpoint. You will support projects that may include technical assessments, tool implementations, integrations, and operational improvements. You do not need deep MSP or Tier3 technical experience. Instead, success in this role comes from strong organization, proactive follow up, and the ability to translate plans into clear execution.
