Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Retention Coordinator, you will play a critical role in our Retention organization, working closely with customers to resolve issues, schedule appointments, and promote our products and services. This entry-level position offers a comprehensive training program, on-the-job experience, and opportunities for career advancement into various roles within our Retention organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers and/or arenaflex employees, identifying the reason for the call through discovery

  • Determine the proper solution for the customer, make recommendations, and overcome objections as needed
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate group for handling, ensuring an optimal customer experience
  • Schedule appointments and reschedule service or installation appointments as necessary
  • Process cancellation requests for eligible customers
  • Perform other duties and related work as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

  • Experience in customer service and sales/retention preferred
  • Proficiency in working with multiple screens and programs
  • Computer skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to persuade customers to agree on recommended paths and overcome objections
  • Self-motivated and professional attitude
  • Ability to work varied hours based on business needs
  • Excellent time management, planning, and proactive thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with frequent changes

  • Ability to maintain composure and keep emotions in check, even in difficult situations
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Experience working with confidential information regarding customer accounts and employee files

Work Environment

* Remote work option available, with the ability to supply a distraction-free environment

  • On-site training and classroom sessions will be held at our Jacksonville, FL location (4926 Kernan Blvd S, Jacksonville, FL 32224)
