As a full-time floater in our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service, loan processing, cash handling, and collection calls across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Must be at least 18 years old - Must be able to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays - High school degree or equivalent required - Basic computer and data entry experience necessary - Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, with collections experience preferred - Ability to pass a criminal background check, consumer credit check, and drug screen - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
