Job Overview As a Big Data Analyst at Tasknexa, you will play a critical role in driving the end-to-end lifecycle of data management across various platforms, volumes, variety, and speed of data. You will work closely with our Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning teams to enable model deployment, implement and maintain model accuracy, and monitor data flow. Your expertise in data analysis and interpretation will help us understand complex business problems and translate business outcomes into data needs. Key Responsibilities

Drive complex self-service data integration projects that unite data from disparate sources to make it accessible to business users, including data scientists, analysts, and insights users. Lead informal teams to apply advanced data integration philosophies and tools to large datasets to create solutions that can be used in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis. Drive communication with business leaders across multiple and simultaneous projects to ensure alignment and effective decision-making. Define and communicate solutions and decisions to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations that drive business growth. Serve as a subject matter expert for data assets and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of data assets being used by business users in self-service environments. Support the ongoing development of the Gigflowx data science center and community, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Perform other job duties as directed by management, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics. Intermediate knowledge of both inductive and deductive reasoning and problem-solving approaches. Transitional knowledge in assessing and applying suitable data analysis and statistical method(s) for a business problem. Transitional knowledge in acquiring and consuming data in both social and non-SQL databases. Partial knowledge in integrating, storing, and processing large amounts of data necessary for analysis and modeling. Proficiency in at least one data programming language and open-source tools. Proficiency in at least one data integration and business intelligence tool. Proficiency in technology platforms and models relevant to creating and maintaining self-service data assets. Strong critical thinking and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and adjust approaches/philosophy as needed to meet goals and objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as Master's or Ph.D. Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing solutions. Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and technologies, such as AWS or Azure. Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies.
