Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Aetna Customer Support Freshers Program, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing personalized support to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a positive and empathetic way
  • Provide personalized support to clients, including explaining benefits, coverage, and other program details
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and concepts
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
