Key Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Moderator & YouTube Content Manager, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: ### Chat Moderation - Enforce channel rules, remove spam or trolling, welcome and guide new viewers to create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. - Monitor and respond to chat comments in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with the creator to develop and implement community engagement strategies that foster positive conversations and encourage subscriber growth. ### YouTube Content Management - Edit highlight clips and upload 2–4 videos per week to maintain a consistent schedule and engage our audience. - Craft titles, descriptions, and tags optimized for search to improve video visibility and reach. - Design simple, eye-catching thumbnails that capture the viewer's attention and entice them to watch. - Maintain an upload schedule in Google Calendar or similar to ensure timely and organized content delivery. ### Community Engagement - Monitor and respond to comments within 24 hours to maintain a strong connection with our audience. - Help foster positive conversations and encourage subscriber growth through engaging comments and interactions. - Collaborate with the creator to develop and implement community engagement strategies that promote a sense of belonging and inclusivity.
What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualities: -
Proven experience moderating live streams
(Twitch, YouTube, Discord) with a strong understanding of community management and conflict resolution. -
Solid skills in YouTube SEO

Essential Qualifications
