Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst on our Enterprise Data Strategy team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies, analyze complex data sets, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and cloud computing will enable you to drive business outcomes and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

* Support the development of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data strategy and implementation
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and architectures to support data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security through data governance and compliance

Requirements

* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, and cloud computing
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and cloud computing (e.g., Python, SQL, Spark, SAS)
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data governance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the financial services industry

  • Knowledge of credit risk and/or fraud risk standards, practices, or outside credit or fraud risk data reasserts
  • Experience with data engineering and architecture
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
