Qualifications

• 6 Months Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Over 18 Years of Age: Meet the minimum age requirement for this role.
• Ability to Type 25 WPM: Meet the typing speed requirement for this role.
• High School Graduate or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Comfort with Desktop Computer Systems: Familiarity with Windows operating systems and desktop applications.
• Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Logical Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and find creative solutions.
• Ability to Work in a Virtual Team Environment: Experience working remotely in a virtual team setting.
