Compensation and Benefits We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes: * A nationwide market range salary of $36,300.00 - $60,000.00 per year, based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications * Performance-based cash incentive awards to recognize and reward your hard work and dedication * A range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and wellness programs * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, including training and mentorship programs Job Summary As a Customer Service Advisor Trainee, you'll work in a dynamic service center where professionalism and commitment to our team environment are highly valued. You'll handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, agents, and third parties, providing exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include: * Learning how to answer questions regarding policies, coverages, and premiums * Delivering first call resolution to make it easy for customers * Responding to customer/agent requests for quotes or changes to existing policies * Reviewing cancellations and reinstatements and making appropriate decisions to resolve with guidance * Ensuring current and complete documentation of all account notes * Assisting customers with simple intent calls * Accurately entering and updating policy information into various processing systems and handling phone inquiries * Developing and fostering Agent/Company Relationships * Performing research and initiating changes/corrections to customer's policies according to established procedures and sound business judgment * Meeting and/or exceeding the expectations of customers and agents, providing professional and efficient service at all times through positive interactions and extensive product knowledge Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or GED * A Resident Property and Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License (preferred) * A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university (plus) * Prior insurance and/or call center experience (preferred) * Previous customer service experience (preferred) * High energy and motivation to follow up and take ownership * Flexibility and ability to work under pressure * Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills * Willingness and ability to learn new functions within the Customer Solutions Center What We Offer As a Customer Service Advisor Trainee at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * A dynamic and supportive work environment * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and wellness programs * A hybrid work schedule, with the option to work from home or in our Orlando, FL office * A competitive salary and performance-based cash incentive awards * A chance to make a real difference in the lives of our customers and communities How to Apply If you're passionate about customer service, insurance, and continuous learning, we want to hear from you.
