Responsibilities

As an Evening Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat on various websites and social media platforms, providing timely and effective support to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Addressing customer inquiries, providing detailed product information, and offering links to purchases and discounts, ensuring that customers have a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, escalate complex problems to senior support agents, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.

Compensation and Contract

* Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements

To succeed as an Evening Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Access to a device capable of managing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Independent working ability, with a strong adherence to detailed instructions.
  • Minimum of 5 hours availability per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week.
  • A stable and reliable internet connection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience.

Working Hours

As a remote customer support specialist, you will have the flexibility to work at your own pace and schedule, with the following working hours:

  • Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 5 hours availability per week.
