As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in conducting advanced, large-scale business license research projects for our enterprise-level clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction. Job Overview The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for supporting large-scale, complex research transactions for our direct and partnership clients. This will involve conducting industry and location-specific research to identify all federal, state, county, and city-level business licensing requirements. You will create business-specific research packages for timely delivery to clients, ensuring that all key performance indicators are met. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential in conveying findings to clients and team members via oral and written correspondence, as well as providing proactive updates on order statuses and delays.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct advanced, large-scale business license research projects for enterprise-level clients, including corporate transactional change events such as change of ownership, mergers & acquisitions, entity conversions, name change, officer change, and re-domestication Identify and compile licensure specifications in both PDF and Excel formats, including forms, hyperlinks, supporting documents, exam requirements, prerequisites, turnaround times, fees, and renewal data Communicate directly with government agencies to assist with business license research inquiries and provide proactive updates to clients and partners regarding order statuses and delays Create business-specific research packages for timely delivery to clients, ensuring that all key performance indicators are met Synergize with other internal teams when team work product will convert to other services, and interact with clients and business partners to identify, explain, and resolve business licensing needs Help expand and update our industry knowledge by adding both new and updated license information for future use Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as 3+ years of experience, preferably in the licensing field. You will also need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with partner representatives, government agencies, colleagues, and clients. Your excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential in conveying complex information to clients and team members.
