Key Responsibilities As a Director of Chance Administration, you'll be responsible for: * Fostering business processes and risk management strategies, utilizing business or customer department data to inform decision-making * Investigating structured and unstructured data, deciphering insights using factual, financial, AI, or business intelligence methods * Collaborating with innovation and other teams on the development and implementation of risk management approaches and business processes * Identifying and assessing new data sources (controlled and uncontrolled) to enhance business processes and products/services * Utilizing industry and internal best practices, incorporating regulatory feedback on a case-by-case basis to drive continuous improvement in risk management techniques and systems Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field * 1 year of experience in each of the following areas: + Risk management + Deciphering complex analyses for technical and non-technical audiences + Working with technical, scientific, business, and non-technical teams + Financial analysis and creating and executing business process improvement techniques + Project management experience, driving business change, and reengineering systems + Utilizing MS Excel for financial and data reporting and modeling + Data bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Scene, Terawatt, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Unix Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to decipher complex data insights * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams * Proven experience in risk management, business process improvement, and data analysis * Strong technical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, data bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Scene, Terawatt, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Unix * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
