Job Summary We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients book and manage their travel itineraries, resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, and working collaboratively with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
