What This Role Is All About
As a Remote Night Shift Chat Support Agent, you'll be handling incoming chat messages from customers who need help with basic issues like accessing their accounts, tracking orders, resolving payment problems, or getting quick product info. You'll use a simple dashboard and follow proven support scripts to respond clearly and efficiently. And because it's overnight, you'll be rewarded with premium pay and lighter chat volume compared to daytime shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer chats quickly and clearly using prewritten scripts and personal judgment - Track and resolve issues related to accounts, orders, billing, or tech troubleshooting - Stay productive and calm in a solo or low-volume environment - Log each conversation with accurate details and next steps (if any) - Flag high-priority concerns or odd trends to team leads for follow-up - Maintain performance metrics for speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction

Shift & Pay Details
- Base pay starts at $25/hour - Night shift and weekend premiums can push hourly rates to $35/hour - Biweekly direct deposit - Flexible night shift blocks available (start times from 9 PM to 2 AM) - Minimum of 15 hours per week, with options to grow into full-time - Paid training included - Performance bonuses after 30 days - Optional benefits package after 60 days (for full-time roles)
