Responsibilities

As an Aviation Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as a primary point of contact for customers and crew at the arenaflex Jet Center, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced business aviation environment.
  • Assisting with scheduling aircraft arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless coordination and timely execution.
  • Booking accommodations for flight crews and customers, including hotels and ground transportation, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Processing payments and managing financial accounts for customer transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payment processing.
  • Opening and maintaining customer accounts, providing product and service information, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Retaining records of customer interactions and services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Resolving customer issues in an efficient and cordial manner, demonstrating a customer-first approach and a commitment to resolving issues promptly.
  • Anticipating customer needs to provide superior satisfaction, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve service delivery.
  • Participating in safety programs and upholding a Safety-First culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Learning and applying all relevant airport and company policies, laws, and regulations, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver's license, with a clean driving record and the ability to meet the minimum physical requirements of the job.
  • Proficiency in the English language, with a B2 proficiency level or equivalent, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions, upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
  • The ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings, background checks, credit checks, DMV checks, and employment verification.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and experiences would be beneficial in this role:

  • Experience in the aviation industry or a related field such as hospitality, with a strong understanding of business aviation operations and customer service best practices.
  • The ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups and teams.
