Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing fast, friendly service to customers by actively seeking out their needs and providing assistance
- Learning about products using our tools and providing information to customers to sell entire projects
- Greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing every customer in your department

- Working in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department as well as other departments
- Participating in sales promotions, events, and initiatives to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
