Description: Job Title: Sr. Project & Portfolio Manager Job Location: Fully Remote equipment provided Job Type: Full-Time, Non-exempt Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 Reports To: VP of Information Technology Frasco is hiring a Senior Project & Portfolio Manager to build and lead its project and portfolio management function. This role drives structure, prioritization, and delivery across the organization, managing intake, day-to-day execution, and continuous improvement. The position partners closely C-Suite & Senior Executives across the organization to ensure strong coordination and project clarity. This is a hands-on role with significant organizational impact and clear growth potential. Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional projects from intake through delivery, following established project management standards
  • Build and maintain project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Facilitate project ceremonies, including kickoffs, working sessions, status updates, and retrospectives
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and resource constraints with clear recommendations
  • Track dependencies and sequencing across initiatives, including but not limited to, management tools, templates, and workflows
  • Provide support to teams in adopting new processes through training, documentation, and hands-on guidance
  • Serve as a key point of coordination across project teams
  • Support organizational readiness through communication, documentation, and alignment
  • Build strong relationships across teams to drive effective execution and shared accountability Full-Time Benefits:

  • 58 years of experience in project or program management
  • Demonstrated success managing end-to-end cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and coordination
  • Experience working within defined project management frameworks
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in a growing organization with evolving processes Preferred Experience:
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification
  • Experience supporting PMO or portfolio management functions
