Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Distributing all benefit enrollment materials and determining eligibility for our clients
  • Handling incoming customer service calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Dispatching incoming customer phone calls efficiently and effectively
  • Accepting customer calls and returning customer calls in a timely manner
  • Responding to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests
  • Creating and explaining individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system
  • Working closely with management teams to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
