Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Seasonal Customer Support Representative to join our team and provide phone support to our clients. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, providing updates on current account status, and helping customers navigate our client's services. This is a temporary, seasonal contract that will run from April to June, with a commitment of 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer inquiries via phone and provide updates on current account status
- Help customers navigate our client's services and sign-up process
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements:
* Pleasant phone voice and excellent communication skills
- Phone experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required
- Strong multitasking skills and a passion for research and learning new things each day
- Energetic and positive individual with a passion for helping others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and systems
- Strong research skills and ability to learn new information quickly
- Experience working in a remote environment and using collaboration tools
