Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Seasonal Customer Support Representative to join our team and provide phone support to our clients. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, providing updates on current account status, and helping customers navigate our client's services. This is a temporary, seasonal contract that will run from April to June, with a commitment of 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer customer inquiries via phone and provide updates on current account status

  • Help customers navigate our client's services and sign-up process
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements:

* Pleasant phone voice and excellent communication skills

  • Phone experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required
  • Strong multitasking skills and a passion for research and learning new things each day
  • Energetic and positive individual with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Strong research skills and ability to learn new information quickly
  • Experience working in a remote environment and using collaboration tools
