Your Mission

As a Part-Time Customer Service Agent for arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt, professional, and personalized support. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and live chat
• Assisting customers with questions related to products, orders, shipping, and returns
• Providing detailed product knowledge, educating customers about ingredients like 7hydroxymitragynine and pseudoalkaloids, as well as usage guidelines
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Escalating wholesale purchase concerns to the appropriate internal team
• Staying up-to-date with company policies, product updates, and relevant regulations

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

• Proficiency with Shopify and tools like Willdesk or Gorgias
• A stable computer and high-speed internet to handle support channels efficiently
• A quiet, organized home workspace for focused remote work

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Understanding of ecommerce processes and ability to navigate them with ease
• Basic understanding of the wellness or supplement industry
• Highly independent, self-motivated, and take pride in solving customer concerns efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the wellness or supplement industry
