Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in the drive-thru, dining room, and through phone and online orders
  • Taking orders accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
  • Assembling and delivering food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment in the dining room and kitchen areas
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in taking orders and handling customer transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service or a related field a plus
  • Must be at least 16 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training a plus
  • Certification in food safety and handling a plus
