Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Care Representatives to join our remote team. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You'll assist customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries. You'll also provide support for customer complaints and find resolutions to issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and customer needs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
