Our Monetary Operations Teams within the Enterprise Bank Servicing group deliver a world‑class experience for the deposit products offered through arenaflex National Bank. As a Customer Care Professional in Monetary Banking Operations, you will serve both consumer and commercial clients, ensuring that every monetary transaction—whether a wire transfer, ACH payment, official check request, or account closure—is handled with precision, compliance, and a customer‑first mindset. Your expertise will directly influence the trust our customers place in arenaflex and uphold the brand’s reputation for reliability and integrity.

Core Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Relationship Management

  • Answer inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and a solution‑oriented approach.
  • Establish rapport quickly, demonstrating the Customer First framework: Easy, Recognize, Solve.
  • Clearly communicate policies, resolve concerns, and ensure customers feel valued throughout every interaction.

Monetary Transaction Processing

  • Execute daily processing of wire transfers, ACH transactions, official check requests, internal transfers, account closures, and check file processing.
  • Gather and analyze pertinent data to determine the correct course of action for each monetary request.
  • Maintain meticulous records to satisfy rigorous internal, external, and federal audit requirements.
  • Perform due‑diligence checks before any monetary movement, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and participate in business initiatives that drive team engagement and career development.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving regulatory guidance, technology updates, and shifting business priorities.
  • Take on additional operational responsibilities as needed to support overall business objectives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 + years in banking, financial operations, or a related operational role.
  • Analytical Acumen: Ability to dissect large volumes of financial data, spot discrepancies, and make sound decisions under ambiguity.
  • Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication; capable of translating complex concepts into clear customer messages.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and thrive under pressure with limited supervision.
  • Tech Proficiency: Strong computer literacy, comfort with internet research, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
