Responsibilities

As a Tele Chat/Phone Chat Support Representative, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • First Point of Contact: Act as the initial point of contact for patients seeking information and assistance over the phone, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with dental team members to ensure a positive patient experience, and collaborate with other team members to continuously improve and streamline our phone support system.
  • High-Volume Call Handling: Handle a high volume of calls and maintain a positive attitude and composure in stressful situations, providing exceptional service to our patients.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Keep up-to-date with the latest services and promotions offered by arenaflex, effectively promoting and educating patients on our offerings.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Empathetic Listener: An empathetic listener with the ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations, providing a positive experience for our patients.
  • Dental Knowledge: Prior experience in the dental field or knowledge of dental terminology is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and organized patient records.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using computer programs and technology, with the ability to navigate our phone support system and other software applications.
  • Flexibility: A flexible schedule, including the availability to work on evenings and weekends if needed, to ensure we're providing exceptional service to our patients 24/7.
