As a chat support agent at arenaflex, your mission is to engage customers through live chat on websites and social media accounts, providing clear, friendly advice and guidance to resolve their queries and concerns. Whether customers are seeking product information, recommendations, or assistance with orders, you'll be the go-to expert who brings resolutions and reassurances.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage customers through live chat on websites and social media accounts, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide clear, friendly advice and guidance to resolve customer issues and improve their experience
  • Utilize arenaflex's proprietary technology to access customer information, resolve issues, and escalate complex queries to senior agents or subject matter experts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
