We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator & Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in managing home delivery operations, coordinating with customers and delivery teams, scheduling appointments, ensuring timely deliveries, managing inventory, and handling customer service inquiries. About the Role

As a Logistics Coordinator & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing home delivery operations, including coordinating with customers and delivery teams, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely deliveries
  • Managing inventory, data entry, and handling customer service inquiries
  • Utilizing logistics and inventory management software to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Working independently and managing remote operations with minimal supervision
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our logistics operations

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage home delivery operations, including coordinating with customers and delivery teams, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely deliveries

  • Manage inventory, data entry, and handle customer service inquiries
  • Utilize logistics and inventory management software to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Work independently and manage remote operations with minimal supervision
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our logistics operations

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

  • Strong analytical skills for managing logistics and supply chain operations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in inventory management and supply chain management
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote operations
  • Proficient in using logistics and inventory management software
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Previous experience in logistics or transportation industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Salary: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
