Key Responsibilities:

As a Jr Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: - Handling live chat interactions with customers to address queries related to order processing, returns, and service claims. - Logging in to our chat system at the start of your shift and managing customer interactions efficiently. - Logging out at the end of your shift, ensuring all inquiries have been addressed. - Collaborating with our customer service team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences. - Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and service offerings to effectively address customer inquiries. - Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Position Details:

$35 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance. -

Requirements:

- Must have access to a computer or mobile device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) with a reliable internet connection. - Must be able to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week. - Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (optional). -

Essential Qualifications:
