We're seeking experienced part-time remote customer service representative agents to participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments. As a panelist, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $750 per week, working from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities
* Participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments
- Share your opinions and experiences on various products and services
- Complete written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys provided for each panel
- Use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
- Show up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Participate fully in discussions online or in-person
Qualifications
* Must have either a smartphone with working camera or desktop/laptop with webcam
- Must have access to high-speed internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Customer service representative agent experience is not necessary
