About the Electrical Design Team

Our Electrical design team continues to grow, and we need a collaborative, organized, and innovative Data Entry Project Manager to join our team. As a Data Entry PM, you will work with a best-in-class group of architects and engineers to produce construction documents for bidding and assist senior architects and engineers with detailed project work. You will be responsible for data entry and analysis, database building, data entry automation for interface with partner teams, and basic development of building construction documents and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Data entry into existing data analysis tools
• Drive process improvements across the organization
• Developing specifications for construction documents
• Coordinate with construction and commissioning teams to answer requests for information
• Giving access to project folders for appropriate team members
• Collaborate with global Design Engineering teams to achieve alignment of design
• Develop special projects and assist senior architects / engineers with detailed calculations for special projects
• Coordinate and collaborate with Electrical teams

A Day in the Life

As a Data Entry Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing and delivering state-of-the-art buildings to developing and implementing new data center infrastructure. You will work closely with our Electrical design team to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Basic Qualifications

* 2+ years of program or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology

• Experience in MS Access and SQL
• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
