Experienced Customer Success Representative (Part-Time, Remote) – Scaling arenaflex's Customer Experience

Your Day-to-Day

As a Customer Success Representative, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to make a difference. Here's a glimpse into what your day might look like:

  • Monitoring Real-Time Metrics: You'll be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure our call center production is running smoothly. When signs of poor health occur, you'll take proactive steps to address the issue and prevent it from escalating.
  • Communicating with Cross-Functional Teams: You'll work closely with our Operations, Product, and BPO teams to resolve issues related to our ordering platform or agent staffing. When necessary, you'll escalate issues to our Account Management and Leadership teams.
  • Onboarding New Customers: You'll be responsible for creating accounts in our database, verifying telephony setup, and answering questions from new customers.
  • Maintaining Knowledge Base: You'll help maintain our knowledge base for customers and assist in the creation of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Tracking and Documenting: You'll track and document all happenings in HubSpot, follow up on open tickets from earlier in the day/week, and contact Restaurant partner locations as needed to facilitate order recovery.

What Sets You Up for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills and qualities. Here are some of the key requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Experience: You'll need at least 3 years of experience in a data-heavy, technical-product-focused customer support/success role. True call center experience would be a plus.
  • Flexible/Open Availability: You'll need to be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Metrics-Savvy & Proactive: You'll need to be able to monitor metrics in real-time and make decisions based on data to protect business stability and efficiency.
  • Accountable & Independent: You'll need to be self-directed and take pride in your work. You'll be invested in your own professional growth, as well as the growth of the company you represent.
  • Tech Savvy: You'll need to be computer-savvy, with experience using CRM/ticketing systems a plus.
