Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our clients' needs, including conducting surveys, making outgoing calls, and providing exceptional customer support. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Conduct surveys with defined targets, using pre-scripted interview tools, and accurately complete and enter results into the survey collection instrument.

  • Make outgoing calls to defined survey targets and conduct interviews, while also handling returned calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet productivity standards, completing work in a timely and accurate manner, and consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Perform general duties, such as filing, electronic faxing, telephone use, and data entry, to support the smooth operation of our customer service team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

* Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision, while also being proactive and self-motivated.

  • Detail-oriented with accurate typing and data entry skills, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly, articulate, and professionally in positive or negative situations.
  • Ability to meet productivity standards, including data entry, accuracy, and completing work in a timely manner.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, while also being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers in both languages.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or survey environment.
  • Ability to work in a shared work environment and wear a headset.

Physical Requirements

* Constant communication with others regarding employment-related information or instruction, and the ability to exchange accurate information in these situations.

  • Constant use of standard office equipment, such as computers and telephones, to receive and share information.
  • Ability to read and interpret information displayed on a computer screen.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Occasional lifting of light objects up to 25 pounds.
