Job Summary

As a Customer Service Facilities Agent, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of our facilities. You will be responsible for performing general construction, plumbing, and electrical maintenance tasks, as well as maintaining the airport grounds, including hangars, terminals, ramp areas, storage pods, parking areas, and offices. This part-time position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and dependability, with the ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Facilities Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing general maintenance and repair tasks, including:

+ Plumbing + Carpentry + Hardware installation + Painting + Flooring + Electrical work

  • Maintaining airport grounds, including:

+ Hangars + Terminals + Ramp areas + Storage pods + Parking areas + Offices

  • Conducting snow and weed removal as necessary
  • Completing daily maintenance of the steam boiler
  • Maintaining daily productivity with little or no supervision
  • Effectively completing daily work orders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Electrical experience
  • Plumbing experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

  • Familiarity with the terminal assigned
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs
  • Ability to read blueprints
