Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

Delivering Exceptional Customer Service:

Ensure that all crew members are providing a WOW customer experience through personal contact with customers, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.

Training and Development:

Train crew members on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly checkout experience. Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.

Operational Excellence:

Lead front-end operations, ensuring that front-end merchandising (candy, soda, snacks) meets or exceeds brand standards. Maintain store cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers at all times.

Leadership and Team Management:

Partner with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop, and supervise all crew members. Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and encourage open communication.

Store Maintenance:

Perform store maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining the stock room.

Communication and Collaboration:

Review all corporate communications and react accordingly. Partner with the entire store leadership team in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.

Store Manager Duties:

Perform store manager duties in the absence of the store manager, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Education:

High School Graduate or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of management experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

Skills:

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. + Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. + Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Nice-to-Haves:

+ College experience preferred.
